The Resourceful Community Center:

• "Bridging the Gap Community Center" offers a wealth of services to all  of the community and surrounding areas. Services offered are basic - advance computer courses, internet job search lab, a clothes closet that offers free clothes to those in need, a food bank and we give toys away yearly to children that normally would not receive and gifts during the holiday season.

• Seventy-five percent of the participants that utilize our community center are from humble neighborhoods in the south-side or have physical handicaps. 

• The community center works with at-risk youths who the department of public safety assigns for community service to assist with anit-crime and incarceration of youths and aldults with the potential to succeed.

• This center is bridging the gap in the lives of those who need mentors to encourage them in difficult times.
