Homes4OurHeroes 5K and FUN RUN Saturday June 20, 2015 8:00AM Starts in front of Central Park on East Salem Ave. Race Information Register online through June 17th: 1 Mile Fun Run: $10 per person ages 5 and up 5K Run/Walk: $30 per person thru May 20th 5K Run/Walk: $35 per person May 21st thru June 18th Register June 19th and 20th: 5K Run/Walk $35 per person (Cash or Credit Card Only): During packet pickup, Friday June 19th (details below) OR at race event, Saturday June 20th, 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM. ***If you prefer completing a paper form click here. Complete and mail in to address on form by June 16th (check or money order) OR turn in during packet pickup on Friday June 19th (cash or credit card) or the day of the race during registration (cash or credit card). Event Schedule: 8:00 AM 1 Mile Fun Run 8:30 AM 5K Run 8:35 AM 5K Walk 9:45 AM Awards Ceremony T-shirts: Custom-designed Homes for Our Heroes t-shirts, guaranteed to first 300. No T-shirts for Fun Run participants. Awards in the following age divisions (5K Only): 9 and under, 10-14, 15-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ PACKET PICK-UP will be held at Whole Man Ministries, 3916 Old Lexington Rd, 27107 Friday, June 19th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm OR at race event, Saturday, June 20st from 7:00 am to 8:00 am The Homes 4 Our Heroes 5K & Fun Run is an opportunity for you to run for a purpose to support homeless veterans and veterans with a 'Housing Crisis' who have proudly served our country. It’s quite disheartening to drive through Winston-Salem and see our heroes sleeping in abandoned buildings and sleeping under bridges. This is not the life our veterans deserve. You can make a difference !
